Kate Ballantyne
Kate is the founder and lead instructor at Ballantyne Studio. With a background in competitive and synchronised swimming, Kate discovered her passion for teaching others in her youth and continued as a Swim Instructor for a few decades. After having a major pelvic operation that caused neural and muscular damage, she was recommended to try reformer pilates. And, well, the rest is history…
Kate focuses on form & technique (and having fun!), this is essential to reaping the benefits of reformer pilates. In her classes, you will experience her exuberant personality in a non-judgemental and casual space.
